I originally started this blog to share my fitness/wellness tips and help inspire others. Life has changed a little (ok, I lied..a WHOLE lot) after I had my son back in April 2013. Now, I would love to share my new journey as a stay-at-home mom, wife, my pregnancy, staying healthy and of course all the fun stuff in between!
Here's my life in a nutshell:

Here's my life in a nutshell:
When we were blessed with our son, Michael, in April 2013, I left my full-time career managing a corporate fitness center/personal training, to be a stay at home mom. This was a hard transition for me because I loved my field of work! Which brings me to why I've recently been working on getting my blog in order. I want to have this opportunity to work from home and still inspire and motivate others. I am ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, have my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and currently train clients out of their homes. I'm absolutely passionate about helping women and others reach their weight loss and fitness goals as well as lead a healthier lifestyle! Again, thanks for stopping by!
